West Central Produce, Inc. has operated for the past 30 years from a large, centrally located warehouse in downtown
Los Angeles, California. Our facilities contain ripening rooms, several kinds of refrigerated rooms and deep freezers. Our fleet of 28 trucks
—all radio-dispatched and complete with refrigerated units—provide fast and flexible service on a scheduled basis. We provide our customers with high quality fruits
and vegetables, consistent with the specifications of the more upscale restaurants, hotels, steamships and institutions in the industry. Our clientele consists of only these kinds of establishments so as not to
dilute our efforts by having to provide various qualities to many different types of users. We have found that by purchasing quality merchandise proves to be the most economical to our customers who understand the

throughout the several counties that comprise Southern California. Service to these areas is six, and sometimes seven, days weekly on regularly scheduled runs to that delivery times are consistent and
reliable. There are personnel in our warehouse 24 hours daily who are capable of expediting emergency orders on the spot and making immediate decisions when time becomes a critical factor. Our people are

a 33,000 square foot, state-of-the-art warehouse facility designed specifically for fresh produce distribution. This building will be the first of its kind to be under a strict HACCP program to ensure constant and
consistent food safety in handling. It will have several refrigeration systems to accommodate the several types of foodstuffs and their requirements, as well as ripening rooms and freezers —all computer monitored for consistency. An on-site generator that feeds off of on-site fuel tanks will ensure
that quality of service and dependability will never be compromised even during emergency situations.We are confident that we can satisfy the demands and requirements of any foodservice challenge. We have the
